It all started 10 days ago when i was performing a motherly duty....cleaning a glob of earwax out of Tomi's ear...but before i even got near the earwax she was screaming & crying. Ear infection. So we went the the DR the next day and got some antibiotics started. Then 4 days later she randomly started having a fever. I thought....this is weird. Why are we having the fever AFTER the antibiotic. Maybe wrong antibiotic?

She had a fever for 3 days and THEN broke out in this nasty rash. Roseola. Total coincidence that they happened within the same 10 days. This picture really doesn't do it justice...the rash got worse the next day, but is now fading and we should be good to go in a day or so.

"it's laundry day....it's laundry day...." This was my rEallY original song that I made up and was singing as I dumped this pile of laundry in the play room the other day. Hughie was having a blast with all this laundry. He kept "building a sandcastle" as he moved the pile of laundry to different parts of the room... then he would roll around in it or bury himself or potato head. At one point he was burying potato head so i asked him, "Did potato head get buried?" He replied so seriously, "yea.....he got married in the temple."

{no wonder my clothes are wrinkled. :) I don't mind him playing in the unfolded laundry...but if you touch the folded clothes...watch out! he knows.}

Hugh loves to get into baby's crib. He lately loves acting like a baby and will lay on the ground and chew on toys.

either my blood is adjusting or the evenings are getting slightly cooler. I feel like we can go outside now when the sun is setting and play around or go to the playground.
